Original Manufacturer / Distributor Warranty
It refers to products covered under original manufacturer or distributor warranty. The warranty item should be sent to the manufacturer or distributor concerned directly for service or repair. We will not be liable if the manufacturer or distributor fails to perform the warranty service.
It refers to products directly import by us. Product wise, import set is exactly the same as the local set. The difference is mainly on the warranty. In some cases, import product may have different packaging, bundled accessories, free gifts or default language pack installed by the manufacturer.
Import product is having Miyamondo Warranty. We will pay for the cost to repair the product at our own cost when warranty claim or repair is required within the warranty period (please refer to the product page for warranty period), subject always to the terms and conditions stated in our warranty policies.
We will provide coverage for defects in manufacturing only, excluding any wear and tear, misuse, abnormal use, negligence, alteration, physical or accidental damage, loss and theft.
You are required to retain your warranty card together with the sales slip for warranty purpose. In case of warranty claim, you can visit any of our Retail Outlets or return the product to us at your own cost. We will then return the repaired product to you at our own cost.
Please ensure to inform us by email prior to any returns so that we could advise you on the arrangement for returning details and return address.
Warranty on Used Products
Used or second hand products will subject to the warranty period by the Manufacturer (if any) or Miyamondo Warranty as stated on the product page.
14 Days Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee
We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should be 100% satisfied with their purchase. So, if the product is not up to your expectation, you may return the product to us within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges.

To qualify to return an item under this Policy, return product must be:
- Not used and in brand new condition;
- In the same condition you received it;
- In the original box and/or packaging accompanied with relevant materials and accessories, including user manuals, instruction booklets, packing inserts and warranty card in an unused condition.
Non Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Batteries, Film, Ink cartridges, Memory Cards, Smartwatch, Tablet, iPhone, iPad, iWatch or any item which has been removed from its “blister-pack”.
- Printers cannot be returned once toner has been installed.
- Underwater equipment cannot be returned once it has been used in water.
- Special order product or any item indicated on the website as non-returnable.
We will not be responsible for personal data or items left in returned product or any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any products purchased from us.
You will be responsible for all delivery cost incurred for returning the item to us. Prior to making a return, kindly contact us for return address and return procedures.
We reserve the rights to decline any return request if the reason of return or product return falls beyond our return policy.
