Cancellation of Order
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your credit card. The receipt of the refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to finalise the refund. We shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution processing the said refund.

Payment
Payment for products can be made by direct bank transfer or credit card. All payment in respect of an order must be cleared before delivery of the products. We shall not be liable for any credit card fraud. If the payment by credit card cannot be processed, the said order will be rejected and you are advised to contact the card issuer to resolve any problem concerning the use of the credit card in order to continue with the order.

Shipping or Delivery
We shall deliver products to you as soon possible. For ready stock item, delivery usually take place within 1 to 3 working days after payment has been paid in full and cleared. For pre-order item, please refer to the estimated time frame as indicated on the product page or check with us on stock availability to avoid any inconveniences. Your Order will be delivered via the service of a courier service company of our choice. We cannot guarantee any firm delivery time and shall not be liable for any delay in its delivery services, if the delay has been due to causes beyond our control.
